We are the voice, the direction, the truth for our children. As parents, we have many roles to play. As parents of children with special needs, those roles take on new levels of importance. Throughout my journey with my son who has developmental delays, I have discovered that I am truly his voice; I am the one to lead the way; and his health and welfare truly depend on how much I am willing to research, to question, and to follow through on.
Eating has never been more complicated and even dangerous for the lives of North American consumers. Real food — the kind of food your great-grandmother took for granted—is being undermined. Supermarkets are now filled with products that are overly processed, genetically modified, nutrient deficient, chemical and hormone loaded.
The solution involves putting the focus back on real food.

Actually i`m from Peru but i live in britain,,, but i`m goin to Peru in January, and for sure to Macchu Picchu…
