TERMS:
Payment of fees: In order for Real Life Changes Productions to remain in business, payments must be made promptly. We bill in three stages:
1st payment: upon hiring of Real Life Changes Productions — 1/3 of total estimated cost
2nd payment: half-way point of deadline for project — 1/3 of total estimated cost
3rd payment: final bill once project completed and delivered — Remained of estimated and real costs.
Delinquent bills will be assessed a late interest charge of 5% if payment is not received within 21 days of the due date. If an amount remains delinquent 30 days after its due date, an additional 6.5% penalty will be added for each month of delinquency.
Real Life Changes Productions reserves the right to remove web pages and videos from viewing on the Internet until final payment is made. In case collection proves necessary, the client agrees to pay all fees incurred by that process.
This agreement becomes effective when an email agreement is made for production services with Real Life Changes Productions. Regardless of the place of signing of this agreement, the client agrees that for purposes of venue, this contract was entered into in Ontario, Canada, and any dispute will be litigated or arbitrated in Ontario, Canada. Please pay on time.
